FAQ and Terms of Service:

Quality
Once flowers leave our shop premises/delivery vehicle, Simply Stated Elegance. is no longer responsible for any damages incurred due to mishandling, transit, weather, etc. If you are unhappy with the quality of your arrangement please contact us immediately so we can help remedy the situation as soon as possible.

 

Flower Order Cancellation Policy

Flower orders may be cancelled if notice is given 3 weeks in advance of the pick-up/delivery date of the order. All flower cancellations made before the 3 week deadline are eligible for store-credit only. Flower orders being cancelled within 45 days of the wedding/event are eligible for a full refund minus a $75 administrative fee .

Additions:

Additions and subtractions can be made to a current wedding order within 3 weeks of the wedding/event.  A separate invoice will be sent for those items.  Please contact Simply Stated Elegance directly for assistance with changes.

Flower Substitutions
Simply Stated Elegance reserves the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers received are not of the quality suitable for your flower order. In this event, the integrity of the proposed color scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used.

Flower Orders with Simply Stated Elegance

Fresh Material
Simply Stated Elegance makes every effort possible to match requests for colors, varieties, sizes and quantities of fresh floral materials and the client understands that those fresh products and materials are subject to the laws of nature. If a specific match of the highest quality cannot be made to the original contracted items, substitutions will be made at the sole discretion of Simply Stated Elegance for a product of an equal or higher value.

Accountability
Once flower leave the premises of Simply Stated Elegance they are no longer responsible for floral arrangements and/or décor. Simply Stated Elegance cannot be held accountable for contracted items damaged during the course of the event by weather (heat, cold, rain, wind, etc.) or persons other than Simply Stated Elegance staff members.

Force Majeure
If Simply Stated Elegance is not able to perform or provide in entirety its contracted services or products for any reason, not limited to, but including Acts of God, war, civil disturbances, road closures, severe traffic, fire, casualty, or other causes beyond the control of both parties, all payments with the exception of the deposit will be returned in full.
